Stephanie Smith Budhai, PhD, is an assistant professor and director of graduate education at Neumann University, holding a PhD in Learning Technologies and certification as a K–12 Instructional Technology Specialist from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. She recently developed a state approved program to prepare K–12 teachers to design, deliver, and assess learning in online modalities. She has published articles surrounding the use of technology in education, and her research and practical experience has surrounded online and blended learning, assistive technology in the K–12 classroom, and pre-service teacher development. Stephanie has experience as an itinerant special education teacher, supplemental education teacher, and behavior specialist. She can be reached at [email protected].

Laura McLaughlin Taddei, EdD, is a leader in higher education with a mix of administrative and teaching responsibilities and is currently an assistant professor of Education at Neumann University. She is a professional development speaker in both higher education and preK–12 settings. Her education career began teaching in the early childhood classroom, preK–4, and then transitioned into providing interactive professional development geared toward teacher and institutional needs. Laura’s research interests are in the area of teacher and faculty development, instructional coaching, culturally responsive teaching, building community within classrooms and institutions, and educational technology.
